Pelican Point is a small community of subdivisions in Grant County, Washington, just southeast of the City of Moses Lake. It consists of a number of subdivisions including; Pelican Point 1-5, Sandcastle Estates 1-4 (part of number 4 phase 2 are in the Association) and Desert Ridge phase 1. The Pelican Point Community Association (PPCA) is a non-profit, homeowners association that was founded in 1955 for the purpose of maintaining two community parks and trying to help homeowners within the these subdivisions with community related concerns they may have. The Board, consisting of community volunteers, meet every other month to address any issues that need attention. We also have an annual meeting the first Monday in June each year at the Upper Park. All homeowners are encouraged to attend the meeting and be a positive part of our community (see Annual Meeting for more information.)
