The Pelican Point Community Association (PPCA) is a non-profit association with a group of volunteers that are working hard to make our community a great place to live and raise our families. The Pelican Point Water Company (PPWC) is a for profit utility that has a contractual obligation to provide adequate, clean water to our community. We are not the same entity.
